Hi again.
Constellations is on a brief break this week.
In the five or so minutes you’d usually take to read constellations, I recommend: closing your eyes; inhaling through your nose for a count of four; holding the breath for a count of seven; exhaling through your mouth for a count of eight.
Try that a few times. Your parasympathetic nervous system will thank you.
